Relaxing Massage:
A 60 minute relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation. Soft to medium pressure which promotes general relaxation without any discomfort. Great choice when your busy lifestyle takes over your mind.

Sports Massage:
A sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension by applying medium to firm pressure. Sports massage is also used to help relieve tight muscles and get rid of trigger points (AKA knots). Muscle tightness can limit flexibility, increase pain and cause future injuries. Sports massage and additional stretches can help release muscle tightness and help with range of movements and flexibility. This treatment is ideal for someone who is very active or anyone with posture issues caused by jobs that requires sitting behind a desk or driving for long hours.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage:
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating applying medium pressure using body brushing and tools targeting specific areas of your body to create body sculpting and anti cellulite effects. Ideal for lymph blockage, water retention and swelling caused by inflammation.

Reflexology is a technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet. This detoxifying feet treatment has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Stimulating specific pressure points in a certain order brings a state of relaxation and promotes the body's natural healing process.

Gentle brushing of the face followed by a mixture of manual techniques including face cupping and gua sha application which promotes increase in blood circulation, remove toxins and reduce puffiness resulting in a brighter younger looking skin. This treatment can also reduce wrinkles.
